Meet Steph
I believe strength is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves.
For me, movements has never been about chasing perfection-it's about creating a life that feels strong, energized, and balanced. After years of building a career (in books and kids!) and caring for others, I discovered that the most meaningful investment I could make was in my own health.
That journey inspired Signature Sculpt.
I created this space for women who want more than just another workout. It's for women who want to build lean strength, improve balance and mobility, increase energy, and move with confidence through every stage of life.
My classes blend yoga-inspired movement with sculped strength work to create workouts and are both challenging and intentional. You'll find dynamic flows, mindful movement, and intelligent programming designed to leave you feeling stronger-not only physically, but mentally.
Whether you have 15 or 50 minutes, my goal is to help you make movement a beautiful, sustainable part of your everyday life.
Because strength isn't just about the muscles you build.
It's about the confidence you carry, the freedom to do what you love, and the life you create for yourself.

Stephanie's classes are the perfect balance of challenge, encouragements and support. She takes the time to explain every movement, offers modifications and truly meets each student where they are, encouraging everyone to listen tot their own bodies and go at their own pace. You can tell yoga isn't just something she teaches but is something she's passionate about, and that dedication makes every class a welcoming and fun experience.

I love taking sculpt class with Steph! It is very challenging and I feel stronger after taking the class! Steph has lots of energy and offers modifications as needed. Each class is a bit different because Stephanie is always adding new ways to move our bodies! I always feel like I got an amazing workout when leaving her class. A great combo of yoga, pilates, body sculpt and core.
